Jason was born in Havre, Montana, and raised on his mother’s family farm near Ledger, Montana. He was educated in Conrad, Montana, graduating in 2008. After high school, he quickly moved to Butte, Montana, where he attended Montana Tech - earning a Bachelor of Science in Business & Information Technology.
Historical events and relics have always been a fascination for Silvernale. However, his family’s involvement in the restoration of the Orpheum Theater in Conrad, Montana, is what created the foundation for his historic property obsession.
“Experiencing the satisfaction of bringing a historic building back to life is like no other. Whether it be an elaborate Queen Anne Victorian or a utilitarian Miners Cottage - theses structures have stories to tell and lessons to teach. Without knowing and respecting our past, it is difficult to navigate our future.”
Jason has served as a Board Member for Butte Citizens for Preservation and Revitalization and as the Board Chair for Butte Historic Trust - a revolving renovation fund for at risk historic structures in the National Landmark District.
“If you’re looking for a home with character and a soul or want to ensure your property finds the right steward for its next chapter of history, I would love to be part of the adventure. These structures are my passion and together we can accomplish your goals.”
While not working on or advocating for historic buildings, Jason cheers on the Chicago Cubs and loves to catch Hollywood’s latest releases at the Historic Washoe Theater & Silver Bow Drive-In.
